Went here in terrible pain. Was treated rudely, charged $350 before I would even be seen and was told nothing was wrong/ they couldn’t help by Dr. Reyes. Complete waste of money. I later went to a different dentist who identified the problem. Total scam and I want my $350 back.

The hours are wrong. They close way before 8. There is no human there to take the phone call. If you try have a dental emergency, don’t go here. I did, and it resulted in a waste of my time and Uber fee. Also, sweetie, I think you don’t quite understand the word “emergency”. If I can schedule to come back tomorrow, that wouldn’t be an emergency, right? Thank you for wasting my time!

I had an accident and received stitches in my lip and chin and broke part of my tooth off. I called Emergency Dentist NYC at 4pm and was in the dental chair an hour later with Dr. Jennifer Reyes and her assistant Benjamin. A couple hours after that, my tooth looked as good as new. They did a wonderful job and were so careful about working around my stitches. They even stayed late to work on my tooth. I don't have dental insurance and, while it wasn't cheap, I honestly felt that it was not a bad price to pay to have a normal smile again. I am so, so grateful and would definitely recommend!
