I’m very disappointed in todays experience. I’ve had a few good experiences here previously, so this is surprising. I don’t know if my repair was rushed, but the bottoms weren’t adhered properly. They’re not properly aligned and there’s excess glue visible. I come here for the level of detail typically provided, but I could have done a better job than they did on this repair.

These gentlemen are the real deal. Haven't used them since the late '80's. Dropped of some classic Italian leather slip ONS and a week later my shoes were new again. Thanks guys. Some great things never changed 🙏🏼

It was a while ago but I believe when I had my repair they shined it as part of the deal these people are very professional they really know their onions
