Today was my first visit here at this office . Dr. Kang was so professional and super nice. He was very thorough at explaining everything that I need to know regarding my procedure. Definitely recommend this office to anyone who needs help with their ENT problems .

I had sudden onset deafness in one ear. My other ear was also partially deaf so I did not qualify for surgery. They sold me the expensive hearing aids so that the deaf ear could use blue to the the hearing ear. Great. They also told me that I would have multiple visits with the audiologist! Ha HA Ha HA HA. This is the biggest bunch of bull I have ever received. I have called multiple times, and tried multiple approaches. There is no way you can get a follow up appointment. I want someone to teach me to control the more refined aspects of the hearing aids. I am a technical specialist with IBM, I would just like to have someone go through more than what is available on the videos! I have been a patient at this office for years and the Drs are outstanding. This is frightening how they take your money and do nothing!

Great service when I was a new customer needing hearing aides Spend $ 6,000 , they broke inside 5 months and now they are impossible to reach on the phone. This practice has a SERIOUS customer service problem they are aware of and not willing to address
