Don’t buy apple care and don’t expect to be seen on your appointment time. They are always late and don’t honor apple care If they repair your phone and it isn’t a perfect deal apparently getting water damage the next week is your fault not theirs. Manager basically said the phone is water resistant not proof. I told her the phone didn’t even resist a splash of water after the repair. She brushed me off and told me that she couldn’t help. Don’t Waist time with them. I called customer support and they helped me. This store manager didn’t help at all.

Had a scheduled appointment at 3:15 and nobody spoke to me until I actually had to say something. Come to find out, an employee canceled my appointment. Not sure why because I went and sat where I was told to. If you’ve been waiting for more than an hour, please speak up because they will literally not say anything to you if you’re just waiting and sitting.

I came to purchase an Apple Watch already knowing exactly which model and color I needed but was told that I had to make an appointment which was pretty full or purchase online and pick up in store which would take 2 hours. I get that they are busy, but maybe they need more staff during busy hours then, or a designated person for people ready to buy. Waste of my time to drive all the way there. Now I know to go to Best Buy or Target and walk out right away with one.
