Make an appointment for an evaluation. After they do diagnostics they will advise if the phone has a battery problem and what to do from there. Android rules!

You HAVE to make an appointment on their website. I did and I still had to wait 45 minutes until it was my turn. Then it took another 45 minutes to install the battery. The cost was somewhere around $50.
