I bowl there frequently. Although there is a sign on the door requiring vaccination proof, I have never been asked to show proof.

They didn't ask for proof of vaccine when I went yesterday.

Whenever they have an unlimited special, I get that. On Sundays, it's usually $10 for 2 hours of bowling and shoes.

They had a special on the Saturday when I went where you pay $60 for 2 hours of game and it includes the shoes. Other days is usually $6 for shoes at all times. $5 Mon-Fri from 10am-4pm, and $8 from 4pm-1am on Mon-Thu. $13 Fri-Sat. Then 10 am-4pm on Sun/Sat $8. Hope this helps.
