At the time right now know they are not having people come in. The very efficient they take your call and they come out in the take your to animal. I don't know when they will allow people coming with the animal
I dont know. But there is a spay and neuter clinic in Oxnard off vineyard. I dont know if they do cats. There is also a place called Ll cats clinic in Ventura off market and telephone.
I am a client and I have had to make appointments. Call when they open in AM.
