It was absolutely horrible at first but I was in bad shape mentally! It took alot of trial and error and I was so impatient not having any relief! We've finally made a break through in my treatment a weeks ago. It's only been uphill from here. I highly recommend taking care of all your needs with your psychiatrist or therapist personally instead of having to call for anything.

I've been going to safe harbor for almost a year now for med management and therapy. I'm very happy with the treatment I've received. I've never had a problem getting meds on time or getting appointments. My phone calls have always been returned in a timely manner. My psychiatrist Morgan is great and listens to any concerns I have. My drug and alcohol counselor Keri has been very helpful and so has my therapist, Holly. She is unbiased and asks the right questions. The nursing staff is prompt to respond as well and the receptionists are kind and welcoming. I have no complaints.

Staff is useless. Can't get messages to your doctor. Doctor is gone Fri. through Sun.

If you want to wait 6 months to be seen by Morgan a lady who doesn't listen just to wait another 6 months go here! If you want actual mental health help in Erie good luck haven't been able to find one yet

You can always call crisis services. I have this issue all the time. They're completely aware of the problems and have been promising to fix it for years. I believe it has gotten worse. The director of medicine there is a joke as well. If you don't get your meds call crisis services, they'll get a real life person on the phone
Depending on who or which BCM you get, and which services you pick... I recommend lakeshore for meds, if you're meds are a significant amount, there co pays are way less than even my preferred phramacy And they deliver and will bubble pack if you need that option. I recommend med checks @safe Habor 26th street for that, it is much quicker to get in. Stairways staff are very nice I currently use them but I'm changing to Genoa thru lake shore
They have a new form they make you sign which basically says that they can do that. You were probably tricked into signing it when they prescribed you the meds. Probably something like, "we'll treat you but you have to sign this first." I would call and make another appointment then use fake urine if you have to take a test It's kinda against your first amendment rights to have to share what substances you use. Those would be signed away when you signed that paper.
Hate to say , but you might have to go there to front desk to get a result , I hear this a lot

To my knowledge yes: I have been to Safe Harbor and had my cases closed out for missing appointments and while I had to go through being readmitted it was doable.
