Overwhelming amount of racial bias, and HR did nothing when it was reported. In fact, offered promotions. Many houses are overcrowded which results in residents not getting the proper care. Again, nothing when reported. I was saddened by the behavior of my peers and my experience made me view this agency negatively as a whole. The work was rewarding when with your residents, but you will get treated like trash before and especially after making a claim to HR. I chose to resign.

This place needs to be investigated. They put money over their clients and staff. Not one care about safety for their clients or employees during this covid time-frame or any time really, only at their main buildings where where management works. They should be shut down. There are good employees that have quit and still work there .I'm sure. But those who run it, and how it's run, should be investigated.
