This so called apt assiciation is a joke!!! They just make tons of money off everyone, and do not even enforce what these greedy landlords are trying to get away with!! Homes not inspected for safety, denying handicapped people with service animals, would rather rent to someone without pets. Absolute discrimination, they should be arrested for that.

No must send certified letter too them to pay up or have family do so or eviction appropriately.asking them to remove items within given time. There is a bit more to it but family of his should get the next notification attempt then store it and charge storage fees that is allowed.
Do you have water? Do you have gas? Or electric? Anything leaking? Reasonable time to fix something is usually in play 3-5 days is not so bad in this case.
