I avoid the dentist until absolutely necessary due to my low tolerance of pain in my mouth. After my experience yesterday with Dr. Mark Sperling, I will not do that anymore. I expressed my fears to him and he made sure I was as comfortable as possible and that I would feel zero pain. It was the best experience I have ever had at a dental office. I am so grateful to my sister for recommending them to me.

As a previous customer who hadn’t been in for a couple years because of COVID I went in to make an appointment I was told they weren’t taking new customers which I’m not. I can’t make an appointment right now I have to talk to the doctor I’ll call you. Of course that didn’t happen no common courtesy! I really regret referring so many people there I now have to eat my words This place is all about profits not people! Please don’t place your loyalty here it will not be returned

Kelly in the front office went out of her way to assist me getting an appointment set up. Between emails and phone calls she persisted until we could find a day and time that would work. All office staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr. Mark Sperling was able to handle my unusual situation and he did so with skill. While the appointment was handle efficiently I never felt that anything was being rushed. Everyone including Dr. Mark was friendly, in fact cheerful. Lovely experience!
