I started going to Apex as a new patient a year ago and I've had a consistently poor experience each visit. The consistent issue is patient experience. I specifically asked for an MD as a new patient and after my first visit, I always got a PA or CNP. My request matters. Prior to your appointment, you get messages to complete information prior to visit, but when you arrive for your appointment you are asked to repeat the information you already provided. What was the point of me doing the pre-work? The most annoying thing, is I always have 30+ minute wait. My last appointment was at 11:10, and I didn't get into a room until 11:40. It's disrespectful of the patient's time, I have a job. My final compliant is they never know why they are seeing me. Whoever is taking notes on the phone always writes the wrong thing down so it's a joke to me each time I come in and the nurse says "We're seeing you about X?" Nope, that's not it. I'm going to a new dermatologist at this point. I gave them a year, it didn't work out.

I had an appointment at a specific time, I'm waiting over 30 minutes longer to get called for my appointment, meanwhile people who came in after me are going before me.
