Servpro has the hardest working people. They were Professional, courteous, caring, hard-working group of people I have ever met. They cleaned my mother’s house after a furnace puff back. I can’t even say how much I appreciate all they did for my mom. Honestly they went above and beyond. Thank you Michelle, Avrial and the rest of the crew. Terri Atkinson

My family has used this SERVPRO franchise many times before because of their exceptional level of customer service. We recently called SERVPRO for water damage at our home. SERVPRO arrived promptly and their technicians were extremely knowledgeable. Their technician thoroughly inspected for water damage in the affected bathroom as well as other areas near by. We were surprised that the water had traveled as far as it did. We also selected SERVPRO’s inhouse construction team to help repair the damage. We were very pleased with the service and end results. Definitely will continue to recommend this SERVPRO franchise to our friends and family.

Our basement flooded due to a hose that came off the water connection on the utility sink. The fire department that came out recommended we contact our insurance company. In 20 years living in this home, we've had one home owner's claim. A nice Servpro team cmae to ur home about 2-3 hours later and provided an estimate for the cleanup. Crazy high $, but I needed the water gone and the place dry. While ServPro did a nice job drying out my basement, the billing department left a really bad impression with me. First they claimed they had not been paid when in fact the insurance company had done an electronic fund transfer to them. I had to provide the details to them. They sent me an invoice for the difference between the insurance electronic fund transfer and their final bill. Then I told them I’d have to figure out how to pay it the remaining deductible that I was not pleased about and I’d get back to them. Their bill to me was dated as being due 3/15/21. It is one week later they have already turned the bill for less than $600 over to collections and their collection agency has already sent me threatening correspondence. I’d been waiting for the stimulus money in order to pay. The total remaining balance was paid via credit card. Would I recommend them? Based on the actual work, yes, but based on the billing experience, probably not.
