I went to the Batavia NY store today and observed 4 ( yes 4) worker standing chatting and on cell behind the fabric counter. I was right near them looking for patch material and not one asked if they could help me ( even when I looked in their direction)or anyone in the store for that matter. While they were chatting a customer went up to check out and one of the associates yelled up I’ll be right up but that was after she finished having her conversation! Needless to say I left and will not be back! I tried to call corporate from the parking lot but they were closed

They rip you off anytime you order online, things will,be out of stock, have to manually email requests for refunds for things that NEVER shipped, so they keep your money for a few months as free loan .....and then, they don't refund you the tax or shipping cost!!!! Total scam artists.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE LOTS OF EXTRA CASH IN YOUR ACCOUNT. I decided to order a cricut easy press since they are on sale for $99 and got the heat mat too. Totalling just over $127. I got charged as soon as I placed my order and you get charged once your order is shipped also! I went to buy groceries and my card got declined so I looked at my bank app and I had 3 separate charges from joann. It's absolutely ridiculous to do this to your customers. Either charge them when they place the order or when it ships but not both. The 888 number that shows with orders on my bank account is for a medical alert bracelet. It's not even joanns customer support number. After finding the number online and calling in I'm told it's just a hold and it could take them 3 days to send the release of funds to my bank. From now on I'll just order from Amazon.

The Joann’s in Plano, Texas at Collin Creek Mall is disgusting. Every aisle doesn’t look like it’s been swept in days. There are boxes stacked everywhere and nothing is neat. Even the Viking section is just a trashy mess. It needs to be torn down and start over.
