Worst experience with my Cherokee basically they made it our problem that it dies every time you have it off. Will never use this location again

Big applause to Enterprise Rentals in Port Jeff Station, NY. I will start off by my experience with Matt. I had dropped my car off at Station Auto Body, my daughter came to pick me. My reservation for a car was at 10:30 am. My daughter works overnite as a dispatcher for a local Fire Dept. She is 9 months pregnant, sitting waiting for her I called Enterprise to see if they could accommodate me at 8:30am. Since she need to go to sleep. Matt & staff said yes, that was a Great help for me. Everything went well & received a follow up call the next day to make sure the truck was good. My truck is fixed, 2 cars I have and don’t know how to return the rental. They said leave it at the body shop we will pick it up.. I did take a picture of the dash for mileage & gas. They explained rental stopped at the time I called. They explained everything and said I will be receiving a email with all information.. this team needs to be recognized for all the positive work they did for me. Thanks so much with a smooth transition.

Just finished renting a vehicle from Enterprise in Port Jefferson Station. Great experience! it was a pleasure dealing with them. Reservation was easy and then they followed-up a few days before pick up to make sure everything was ok. When I walked in Matthew W. assisted with the vehicle selection and setting up all my paperwork. It was quick and easy and they were very accommodating. Matthew was patient and very pleasant to work with. Vehicle was perfect for our trip. No issues. Upon return, we were assisted by a very professional and friendly guy named Nick K. He could not have been more helpful. He wrapped things up for us and really helped make the experience great from start to finish. If anyone ever needs to rent a car - my recommendation would be to go to Enterprise in Port Jefferson Station. This particular location seems to be very well run (a tribute to management and the employees there) and could not be easier to deal with. They take customer satisfaction very seriously. 5 star rating in my book!!
