I am going to get right to the point and NOT ramble on. If you're looking for a roofing contractor, do yourself a favor and call/get Rapid Restore. Don’t waste your time like I did with contractors that don’t show and cut corners. You may pay a little more, but in the long run you’ll be glad that you got them. From my initial estimate visit with Jake, thru the job completion with Mike, I couldn’t be more satisfied with the excellent work these guys did. I am very meticulous when it comes to do anything, and I didn’t have anything to complain about. I totally recommend 100% Rapid Restore.

If possible, obtain recommendations from family, friends, neighbors or areputabletrade association. Ask each of them to give advice on which materials they would suggest using. Invite quotes from each contractor but do not automatically take the cheapest option.
Cost of rainguttersgreatly depends on the material you choose.Installing200 linear feet ofgutterscosts as little as $600 (if you do the workyourself) to as much as $2,500-$3500 when hiring a contractor depending on the material youinstall.
Youcan dothe job on your own time instead of hirig someone. And don't forget the feeling of accomplishment and bragging rights you'll get by doing ityourself. However, installing gutters yourselfhas its drawbacks. It usually requires more than one person.
A tan orwheatcolored siding is a great pick if you want to get the most money for your home at resale. Light neutrals are a solid choice because the colors go great withwhite trimand other darker colors. These lighter shades fall back a little which allows all those accents to really shine.
Residing a home runs anaverageof $6,000 to $23,000 depending on the materials you choose. You'll spend anywhere from $2-$18 per square foot for materials and all labor.
Depending on the quality of the vinyl siding material installed you could pay anywherefrom $1to $10 per square foot.

If theroofshows minor wear, it probably only needsrepairwork, especially if it's years away from its date of expiration. If the damage is more widespread, you are more likely to need an entirely newroof.
The national averageroof repair costis $916, with most homeowners spending between $355 and $1,479. Most common smallroof repairs costbetween $150 and $400. Labor runs around $45 to $95 per hour.Roofingprofessionals should handle any large or complicated jobs.
The averagecostto replace aroofcan vary quite a bit. According to HomeAdvisor, the typical range forroofreplacement costs is between $5,100 and $10,000, butroofreplacement can be as low as $1,200 or as high as $30,000. Manyroofingcompanies will charge between $3.50 and $5.00 per square foot.
Tile and Asphalt are the most used materials forroofing, and they're manufactured with the usage of concrete, clay or oil. The rise of oil prices can directly impacted asphalt shingles to become more costly. Furthermore, the cost of disposing old and damaged materials in New York has also increased in the recent years.
Relatively light, inexpensive, and easy to install-asphalt shinglesare the best choice for most houses in Suffolk County. They come in sheets that are layered on a roof to give the illusion of more expensive single shingles, such as cedar orslate, that are installed one shingle at a time.
