I'd call ahead first but basically yes.
I think they accept pet supplies if it's unused and if food packages are unopened. As far as lamps and housewares, try Goodwill, St Vincent DePaul or a thrift store.
Their on-line volunteer application states "18 and older," but you should call and ask.
