We had this company come out and try to repair our refrigerator that was not cooling. A tech came out back in November and told us that we would need to have a part ordered but he could do a temporary fix and let us know when the part came in. He then proceeded to inform us that he would have to charge us $214 for the services today, but if we signed up for the sears home warranty we would be refunded that amount because the fridge would be covered. So we signed up, spending another $50. A month went by without hearing from the tech so we reached back out. It turns out the tech never even ordered the part and no longer works there because of an injury. A new tech came out and told us our fridge is actually not repairable because they no longer make the part. Frustrated I called customer service to check on the refund status of the $214 I was charged because the fridge was not repairable and I had signed up for the home warranty. After spending an hour on the phone and speaking to 5 different people it turns out my fridge is not covered under the warranty and the tech lied to me. They are refusing to refund the money for the "temporary" fix they did, or even refund the difference that would have just made it the diagnostic fee. I understand a diagnostic fee being charged because the tech did come out, but if it was non repairable that should have been the only charge. They clearly had a sketchy tech try to sell me on something that wasn't necessary and I got tricked. Now I am out $264 and still don't have a working fridge a month later, really nice around the holidays. Really sketchy customer service. Find someone else.

Our part was back ordered and it took over three weeks for me to find out. They did not bother to contact me despite having my phone number and email. When I requested an invoice they refused. When I found the part and ordered it they refused to install it. I will never use them again!
