Ken in cabinets was absolutely amazing! I went to two other places prior to coming to lowes, and both times was dismissed by other salesmen for what I wanted, or was quoted an arm and a leg. Ken took his time explaining and designing everything I wanted. He was so patient and kind through the whole process! I was able to get everything I dreamed of and more for an extremely affordable price! I could not be happier with my purchase and can’t wait for my new kitchen to arrive! I highly recommend seeing Ken for your cabinets!

Purchased a dryer from Lowe's in Oaks and worked with Stephen in appliances. He really knows how to work with customers. We got the dryer he recommended. We needed it quickly and got a two day delivery as it was late in the day when we went to the store. Definitely recommend working with him!

Worst customer service and ZERO commitment to timely delivery of appliance (refrigerator). I ordered my fridge at the store and I was promised delivery the following day which did not happen for 2 days. No update, No call to mention delay, NOTHING. I had to finally cancel my order and get refunded. NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS STORE AND SUGGEST OTHER TO KEEP AWAY FROM THIS STORE.

Some places do. Most all home depots that I have seen do along with rental equipment.
They do a few when you buy them. Not sure about after the fact
