We had a group of family members at the hotel for a family reunion. I definitely would return to this hotel the staff makes you feel right at home in so many ways . Would definitely rate the staff a high ten .

very pleasant and thoughtful manager when I got there with my handicapped wife, she recognized our potential issues before we got in the door and provided a better room location, would have loved to have had time to tryout their pool, the morning breakfast hostess was friendly and chatty.

Positive: Nice people, good price,our room was very clean, nice restaurant close Negative: The shade did not close completely because of the air conditioning, so the light outside was very close to the window

I was here for a total of 6 days and asked 2 × 2 get room service. We were only able to get one set of towels after day 5. Other than that the place is impeccable, I would absolutely stay here again. If you prefer to have your towels changed more regularly I would suggest at the time of check in to make that arrangement.
