No extra crispy! Again! I haven't been able to get any the last 4 times I went there. The Taco Bell items are good but I want some extra crispy. Are they just too lazy? Popeyes is slowly but surely gaining on my "go to" chicken place. Get a grip KFC! Do your job! I will take my business elsewhere. I work too hard for my money to have to settle on original recipe.

Drive thru staff was rude. Food was okay but had to substitute items because they didn't have what we ordered

Came to kfc today for the 8 piece family meal and they didn’t have any chicken at all. Waited in line 30 mins only to leave to go to Popeyes to get my chicken. Staff seems lost. Line was very slow. They need new management.

Went to dine in last night at 7:45 as the sign said “dine in open” … got to the door and both doors were locked… went to the drive thru as no one was in line…no answer at drive thru… pulled up to the window and two women were working with their backs to the window and I thought oops, I made a mistake, the women turned around and looked at me and both ignored me…I pulled into the parking lot to see if I was the one that messed up and nope, they weren’t taking orders on anyone… thought maybe the franchise owner would like to know…no wonder bojangles is packed so the time
