If I could give them a zero for poor customer service I would. Ordered pizza for a birthday party, my guests waited for more than two hours. Reached out to this store, my order was voided. Claimed driver came to my home to deliver and no one was home. I was waiting outside on my porch the entire time. Obviously the driver went to the wrong home. Offered no solution, wouldn't provide a corporate contact and very dismissive.

i will not be returning any time soon . matter of fact never !! we ordered a pizza for delivery and when the pizza arrived it was burnt on the bottom and dry .. i called up to papa johns not for my money back or for free pizza but instead just to let them know about the issue i had .. the manager on duty proceed to call me a liar & was very rude & disrespectful!! 0/10 !!

This papa johns use to be amazing and I loved ordering from them, but now it’s just gone down hill. The first time I had issues with papa johns was just recently when it took them over an hour and a half to get to my house to make and deliver my pizza. On the app it said roughly a 45 minutes it would be here. I contacted the store they did not apologize for the wait but just said it was on it’s way. Another roughly 20 minutes went by and finally someone showed up. Then just this Sunday I ordered another pizza from them and on the app it said it would be roughly 35-45 minutes and I had to wait over an hour to get my food. Not only was my food over an hour late the toppings cheese and toppings where not even put on properly when I picked up the pizza everything fell off just leaving the bread. Come on papa johns I know Y’all can do better this is just poor service!
