I have came too this location about 3 times..I always like my nails when done and Nina and husband are very nice…this is the issue…I have been here over an hour and still haven’t been taken care of yet…to be honest there is NEVER anyone else working ..if you are going to have a business then you MUST meet the needs of your customers…this will be my last visit because I just don’t have this kind of time to wait..my time is important also…sure hope owners see this maybe YOU can do something..sincerely a unhappy client

I’m just now leaving this nail salon and it was my first time visiting with a friend of mine. We walked in and they asked us what did we need done and we asked for two full sets. We sat down to wait and another lady had came in and they told her the wait would be 30 minutes which is fine. Me and my friend sat down for an hour and no one said a word to us the whole time. Keep in mind that the place wasn’t all that busy. 3 people were getting pedis and no one was getting their nails done. I feel we were purposely mistreated and ignored I just don’t know why the reason is. If for whatever reason they did not want to service our nails the should’ve politely asked and we would have left. We got up and left after an hour. Very disappointed at the service here will not be coming back ever….

I have been coming here for years the service is amazing and the owners and there staff are so professional and kind they make you feel incredible from the moment you walk in the door. Short wait times but even when it’s a little longer it’s well worth the wait due to the fantastic job they do. Love this place ❤️
