I STRONGLY recommend working with Dr. Kabari - I brought my son in to see him after almost a year of on and off upper respiratory illness that I could not seem to heal after supplements, diet, and seeing other practitioners. After just one session with Dr. Kabari my son's cough has disappeared and he was even able to explain why he may be struggling with speech due to underactive and tight muscles. Dr. Kabari is a true expert in his field and constantly growing his knowledge and community of health professionals, tools, and protocols to help his patients heal. He is extremely dedicated to his work and committed to building a likeminded health community. Anyone struggling with physical, mental, emotional pain, mystery illnesses and symptoms, fatigue, etc. - I strongly recommend booking an appointment!!

Love this place. Great employees. Lots of options. Only complaint is it needs to be modernized which I think is in the works. Need a rowing machine! I enjoyed their old one. Great workout.

My brother paid for a week membership while he was visiting us and I toured it with him. It's got a large equipment area and locker room along with an auto massage table. There's also a separate room for activities like yoga. He said he liked using this gym but it was priced a little high.

Absolutely horrible from the quality and maintenance of the gym to the owner, Kingsley. The barbells are old and some appear to be welded from being previously broken and they are rusted. You see front desk associates cleaning the equipment (Minimally), but there appears to be no deep clean done on any of the weights. Possibly the biggest turn off for the place is the owner. He is rude, condescending, and a know it all. In fact, he even advertises that he can provide nutritional counseling? In the state of New York, it is ILLEGAL to advertise that you can provide nutritional counseling without proper state licensure. He does not have an advanced degree in nutrition such as a Master's or Doctorate. He has a whole foods certification, which does NOT give him the ability to properly advise individuals on diet or nutrition. He absolutely should not be advertising this as it is out of his scope of practice, even as a chiropractor.
