The service was great, but the one thing I wasn't happy about was a license plate frame was removed (Fuccillo) and Wally's license plate frames were put on without my permission!! Do you they think they should have asked before doing this? 🤔

Yes. A Jeep Cherokee. They gave me a hard time about it. The jeep periodically wouldn't start. Made me think it was. In my head. Finally, I waited for them to have a show room full of people, and went in ranting and raving about the jeep. The general Manager pushed me back. I left the dealership disgruntled. 2 days later I calmly called and spoke with the General Manager. I asked him what we could do so we were both happy. He said come in and I will make this situation right. I ended up with a 2014 Ford Escape. Much happier now.
