Con: I have difficulty in climbing stairs without a railing. Even though it is only 2 steps it is difficult. I requested a rail to be installed and the response was for me to pay for it. I don't see why I have to pay for a permanent fixture on someone else's property.

Don't waste your efforts. This is one of the worst locations in Manassas. The properties are in horrid disrepair. For instance there is not a single flat spot on our apartment's floor. Shortly after moving in the laminate floor they put down started to come up. (Happens in every unit). Large piles of trash and litter constantly strewn about the collection areas. Violent crime is a very regular occurrence(Gun violence and lots of stabbings). Every building comes with complementary roommates in the form of roaches. My review is being updated after having multiple negative interactions with the property manager. Very poor follow-through, communication, and understanding of the community show through. Rent will go up at least 7% each year. (Around $150). Despite the horrible condition of the property . If you do happen to move in. Ensure you have renter insurance that covers fire. The majority of the fire warning systems in the common area have been destroyed. They will also go off randomly for over spans of 12 hours without any response from the management or their team. Also blackout curtains are a must. At night due to the amount of crime high intensity LED panels are fitted on multiple parts of every building. Even at night, it is near daylight. This area is horrible in traffic. If you are a commuter you will have issue getting to either side of Manassas, be it in the direction of 66 or towards 29. Lastly, this residence is in the City of Manassas, not Prince William. The police force is a joke and will not investigate crime in the area. (Had a missing persons case in the building next door. Police arrived three days later. Management blocked off the broken ground level window after 48 hours. For the time that it was not blocked off the ground adjacent window had rain going in. And animals going in and out of the unoccupied apartment. There are many many more horror stories about this place. There are a few good people who work for the company. The maintenance team tries their best despite being underfunded, understaffed, and over worked. There are three of them at most. The other people who work the office are hamstringed by the office manager. They do their best. Though you can see the disdain for their leader quite easily. TLDR: This is a mismanaged, overpriced, crime laden, trash covered, dump that raises rent every year. ----RUN---- PS: Bring your own Printer.

Jessica is rude and disrespectful. They have rules for the pool but don't follow them or enforce them. Kids under 14 walking right into the pool with no adult supervision, cussing and being disrespectful to other families and adults who are trying to enjoy the pool. Something needs to be done but don't bother talking to the office as they clearly don't care.
