I've never had such a superb experience until now. From the superior app to the delivery of my car it was enjoyable and you don't hear that much, as I was a service advisor for 20+ years myself. Ordered and took delivery of my 2022 Maverick with them. Took almost a year but that wasn’t their fault. They were communicative the whole way. They honored the original pricing and both of my discounts. I was in and out in under 3 hours for the buying process. The whole process was the easiest experience I’ve ever had at a dealer. I was very appreciative of Latisha , my saleswomen, who made it happen. One thing that left my mouth a little sour was how my trade in experience was. I used their online price calculator on their website and was given a set range. Once in the dealer, they gave an offer that was almost $4,000 lower than the minimum of that range. Told me “It’s because of the 3 owners.” I was very taken aback when presented this because I thought I was going to be in a better position than I was. $4,000 is a big difference. They eventually came up $800 more, but it really didn’t make a difference.

Have to say, Battlefield Ford was the best dealership I dealt with in th DC area. Browns, Coons, Lindsay, Martens. Bought from all, and would only go back to Battlefield and Koons.
This website is not monitored by Ford employees... only volunteers who use Google just like you. Call the dealership.
Also, a lot of incentives require that you use the manufacturers lender (e.g., Ford Motor Credit in this case) in order to get those rates.
