Lady working in counter 5, not sure about her name, has such a rude attitude. she treated me like a disease, and didn’t even try to talk to me just because I didn’t have my bank statement with me to prove my adress.

I went to Manassas DMV yesterday for the first time and it was the worst experience that I had. I went to do 2 transitions. When I got to the counter N 22 she said they get me the wrong ticket, she was so upset that she said “ if they sent another wrong ticket I’m going to go and cursed at them” She processes the first transition and second transition she was not willing to help. She had such a negative attitude. I would be going to Chantilly DMV where I always go and they have a better attitude. Please DVM trading your employees.

Yes, most of the DMV offices in northern Virginia are open. You must make an online appointment to do any transactions at any open office. Go only to the official DMV website to make your appointment. There are 3rd party websites out there that may charge you a fee to help set up an appointment. The official DMV website will never charge any appointment fees. Hope this helps.
Yes
Yes. Right now all DMV's are by appointment only. No walk ins at all. You can book an appt from the main DMV website but you may need to be flexible when choosing a location you go to. Appts are hard to come by, especially last minute..and these days a month out is considered last minute. Also, check the appt site often because you may get lucky and someone cancels. Good luck!
Go to the website for DMV to find out exactly what documents he needs to get a replacement. Once you have the documents he needs, you can make an appointment or walk-in on Tuesdays/Thursdays/Saturdays.
You can Go to the website to make an appointment.
What are the requirements for the rode test
You can walk in but it takes an hour or 2. Took 1 hour trying to get an ID card

They say no walk ins..but I feel like you have a 50/50 chance..Just make sure you have all the documentation you incase you get in. I can honestly say I've seen people walk up and say the didnt have an appointment and still made their way inside
At the time I went they were not. Only appointments.
