Excellent location and floorpans. True luxury apartments with just about every amenity you could want including an indoor basketball court. Great gym, and the outdoor kitchen for BBQ was my favorite. They have a new look and feel. I am a Realtor, so I see a lot of homes. These are nice.

I did a tour yesterday and Adrienne is definitely the most professional and friendly person I have met during my apartment tours. She walked me through the amenities as well as the unit and provided all the information so promptly that I don’t even need to ask a question. The community is nice and beautiful and the 1B1B unit is spacious.

You don’t know what you have until it’s gone. My partner and I lived here for a year and moved to get a bigger place within out budget. We wish we would have just stayed. In comparison, this place had better staff, waaaaaaay better maintenance, a safer parking situation, better mail handling, and better quality apartments. It had its issue (mainly the garage door sometimes being broken), but you are definitely getting a superior experience than at other properties. We’re hoping to move back (if we can be in the main building) when our lease is up at our current place. Edit: 7/19/22 Overall still a positive experience, but I notice that the upkeep between building 1 (that has the leasing office) and building 2 is a bit different. For example, if the elevator in building 1 goes out they will typically get it fixed fairly promptly. In building 2, we’re going on 2 months and our elevator still hasn’t been fixed. I’ve also noticed that they’re being very lax with breed restrictions that they list themselves in the lease. I’ve seen plenty of pit bulls, GSDs, and shibas. Now I wouldn’t really care about that until I start seeing that some of them are clearly aggressive and they’re owners just as much. The least you can do if you have a restricted breed is make sure it’s friendly and NOT use the dog park since that’s one of its rules. While we renewed the lease (only after they gave us a “special deal” when they originally tried to hike up rent by like $500), I’m not sure if this place will be worth the money in a year. The staff is cool and most folks are nice, but I predict the rent for this place will be closer to DC pricing very soon.

Yes, we require all residents and roommates to have renter's insurance up to $300,000.
