Such a great service. Allen and his drivers are reliable and professional. They get you to where Uber won't with significantly better service than a taxi. Couldn't recommend more and will utilize them every chance I get.

Michael was professional from the 1st call to confirm where to pick us up @ Louisville Muhammad Ali Airport ..he gathered description of clothing, and pick up point, then gave me the make , model & color of his vehicle and ETA plus he had a sign that you could see as his car entered the location, and to top that off when he didn't see us he called to make sure he was at the correct location🤩🎉this put my anxiety at ease..we whr just up the sidewalk a car or two away . Im a Louisville resident , I have never used an uber or lift..we usually have a family mbr to get us there and home so we rarely use a taxi . So Just thinking to get into a stranger's car 😬, safety concerns whr running rampant, (with covid still present too)had me at a 10 .but when he arrived the way he did with such "professionalism"my Anxiety level dropped to a 2🙂..he greeted us with a smile, his vehicle was clean, he popped the trunk didn't rush up on us (kept his distance as much as possible for himself and us)..I could go on and on about how kind and courteous Micheal was ..but I have to make sure I say," I will tell everyone I know to use Allen Transportation, due to the KINDNESS & Compassion Micheal showed. Thank You for sending him too get us home safely to our family &friends.

This company was awesome they picked me up an hour away and brought me to the greyhound bus station in Louisville. The person was friendly and nice and I will definitely be using them again in a few months

Do not use this transportation company. Per their website we called and got a quote, the person who answered the phone (the owner) stated it would be a specific price. After the service was provided to us we were charged 90$ more than we were quoted. When we spoke with the driver he stated that we were misquoted and then we called the owner and we were given multiple reasons as to why this was our fault. During the follow up call we were given specific pricing metrics (not provided during original quote) and that we must have lived farther than the location provided during the quote call. The owner spent less than 2 minutes talking to us when we called for a quote. Additionally, we were told we could use a credit card and the driver demanded we pay cash. Do not use this transportation company, it is a poorly managed, crooked business. (edit: in response to the response, my mother does not have stolen credit cards from a meth lab- this is insanely offensive). She lives in a senior building, she is in her 60s and lives EXACTLY where we told you. What happened was you took advantage of an older adult, did not offer the service you state you do (quoting prices accurately) and should be ashamed of yourself.)
