I usually don't have to many issues with this place. I would prefer going to Quest because they do a comparison of your tests over time and Labcorp does not. One issue I had was the front check in was telling me they didn't have space for me as a walk in, but there was like one customer in the whole place when I arrived. Someone needs to figure that issue out. I ended up with an order that was combined with 3 physicians. Jennifer listened to what I had to say, figured it out. You are right Jen you did earn your paycheck that day! She was polite the entire time and somehow managed to do my tests without having to stick me twice. I left pretty happy as a customer. Good job.

I came here to get a titer for school and I am not familiar with the system. I walked in with no appt but they saw me really quickly, which is the only good thing. After I checked in, the worker told me they don’t do tests without an referral or order form (it doesn’t say on the website). She told me to go to questdirect very nonchalantly, with no clear explanation of what to do. I sat down in the waiting room was searching for the test because I assumed it was straightforward. I could not find the test I needed on the site, but no one helped me; I ended up looking up a random test request site and it led me to labcorp, another subpar lab center. I was ignored till I asked where labcorp was and left. Another concern is the sanitary conditions, it feels counterintuitive to require masks but have loads of people touching the door handles while the inside is a warm and dirty environment ideal for infectious transmission, especially in the summer. They didn’t once offer any hand sanitizers or masks, or sanitize the door handles people touch as they come in and go. Judging from the state of healthcare, they’re probably overworked and undervalued but these services aren’t cheap and businesses should be held accountable for their operations.

I am use to scheduling my appointments. I've been doing it for years. Now, the scheduling app is broken. It won't let me schedule. So, I have to walk in and take my chances. 😧
