CORT provided a wonderful furniture shopping experience, logistics and delivery took some time, however, the customer service I received from Rick and his team were unparalleled. Selection of furniture was expansive and I have never met a team so eager to please - a rare quality in today's consumer world. From the moment I walked in the door, Rick and Alex ensured I was provided attention and not just to make a sale. They both were passionate about helping me find the perfect setup for my new home! Rick went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met. When it came time for delivery, there was a bit of a delay, however, that is expected in the climate of logistics today. What made the most impact, was Rick taking the time to reach out to me regarding these delivery delays before, during, and AFTER the process. He made sure to follow-up and see how everything went and further made it known that he was always available for assistance. Service like this has been lost and Rick and his team provide service in droves - because of Rick and his team I will shop with CORT exclusively moving forward. CORT has a monthly minimum requirement that will vary depending on a combination of 2 factors: the location you are renting your furniture from (NYC is more expensive than Roanoke, VA) and how long you would like to rent (the longer you rent the lower the monthly minimums). If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it within 14 days for a refund. Proof of purchase/receipt is required for returns. Contact the location you purchased your items from to start the process. You will be responsible for any charges related to furniture pickup. Any returns will be fully inspected for Cimicidae and other infestations. We won't honor the guarantee if there's an infestation of any kind. Refunds will include the purchase price and applicable taxes charged. They will not include delivery costs to deliver the furniture in the first place. Special Orders will be charged a 50% restocking fee. For purchases using a credit card, your refund will be applied to the same card. Bring the credit card you used to make the purchase. For in-store cash purchases, you'll receive the refund via check within 2 weeks. You can choose to get a store credit in lieu of a refund. Store credit is valid for 30 days.
