I am going to be perfectly candid in saying I'm not a fan of chain restaurants. We were meeting family and it worked for everyone so we gladly went. Our waiter Charisma really made our experience special! She was so friendly and on her A game! We will ask for her next time! Now the food we ordered eggplant parm extra crisp and it came out fresh and crisp and I ate the entire thing and chicken scampi over angel hair with peppers onions and grilled chicken strips and it was fresh and tasty and a generous portion. The salad is still the salad it's good, our table of 4 had 2 bowls. The restaurant is clean and inviting and we felt exceptionally taken care of while eating some darn fine Italian cuisine.

We first chose the bar instead of the 10 min wait. We seated ourselves and waited nearly 5 min before asking where the bartender was. We found out he was in the kitchen working on food orders. We then chose to get on the waitlist. As we were being seated across from the bar the bartender then appeared. There was definitely a staffing issue or order mess up or something happening in the kitchen. The waitress was great and the food was good.

Natalie was an attentive and sweet server, a truly beautiful person, and our food was great. We haven’t been to an Olive Garden in years given all the great locally-owned restaurants here, but I was given a gift card and was pleasantly surprised at the service and quality of food.
