Let me just say, Jess was the absolute best help I've ever had at any store ever. She was willing to go above and beyond to help me, not only seeing that I was distressed, but was kind and professional even while I was upset (for reasons unrelated to the interaction alone). That woman deserves a raise ASAP. Jess, thank you so much for helping me finally get my hands on a PS5. You have no idea how genuinely kind your actions were. I'm so grateful you were there at the right time and place. No one else would've been as amazing as you were helping over those couple days. Hi! New gamer here- went to this location today and had a super pleasant experience. I was pretty nervous before because of lack of knowledge and social anxiety so I made my roommate go with me. The staff was incredibly nice and informative. Josh helped me a bunch!! Give these guys a raise! :D
