We wanted to buy a chair, a comfy chair recliner for our office. I went in twice, picked one out, even ordered some swatches to maybe have it custom made. We couldn't buy the floor model for some reason, even though they said it can be replaced with anything. I was told we will be called or texted about any deals, or if something pops up. 4 weeks and nothing. We were serious about buying a $1k chair. Customer service was wonderful and friendly, but no contact afterwards. So we went elsewhere and bought a similar model and had it shipped in 2 days. Swatches came two weeks after I ordered, and after I purchased the other chair.
