I ordered online for pick up. It took 2 hours for it to be done. Worst part was I waited outside for that time while everyone else was getting their orders and the employee wouldn’t even ask what I was waiting for or even let me know they were behind. I would have came back but no. I was waiting there for two hours till it got dark outside even.

Soda machines are broken, no tea, got a regular size sandwich only got two slices of roast beef on it, my daughter ordered the turkey bacon sandwich. Bacon was cold and they claim they were unable to warm it. Spent $45.00 and threw most of it in the trash. McDonald’s would have been better tonight then that! First and last attempt at JJ

Fresh food, good service, poor quantity. A slice of meat a sandwich it doesn't make. Per feedback from this post I submitted something to corporate and received a generic response about how the sandwiches are specifically crafted for the right ratio. No, this was not the case on my sandwich. There was a single #3 slice of roast beef. NOT the right ratio. You would have been better not to acknowledge. Customer lost!
