Tara Berry is a liar I was there when it happened. She worked there less than a month ago and we had thought you had to wait 30 days before you were able to buy clothes after you had quit or been fired. So she had like 3 shirts put them on the counter and my coworker had politely told her that the 30 days hadn't been up yet Tara was super polite about it and said "OK, that's fine" and had offered to put the clothes back but we said we got it and that was it and she had left and that was it. So don't come on here lying like that. "loyal customer" girls first time in there was her interview

Don’t get me wrong I have been a loyal customer to clothes mentor as well as once upon a child. But I have never had such a horrible customer experience in my life like the one I had tonight. And I want to make it known that horrible employees with such reckless and spiteful and rude behavior and bad attitudes like the ones working this afternoon can. And have fully ruined my experience as a loyal customer at clothes mentor that’s really sad.

The ladies who work here were super nice, and explained the process thoroughly for buying clothes. It was also quick. The location is easy to find with plenty of parking. I had about three or four bags of clothes and out of that they only offered to buy two items for a pretty low price, so I ended up declining. The stuff they didn't buy, it may have been better to just have told me up front they weren't buying those items. Only piece of feedback. Absolutely not their fault, just depends on what that store needs to buy at that precise moment of time. They had a lot of inventory for what I was selling. Again, a very transparent process, and I felt like I was treated fairly and respectfully.

HORRIBLE customer service from one associate. I'll never go back.

Well the cl I seriously it is to current store sales it's a better chance to get sold. Also I would fold it and check for stains, tears etc. If you wouldn't buy it why would they. Your chances of selling are better if you show some smarts in presentation. Laundry basket is fine. A ball gown would be better on a hanger. Good luck.
