Worst takeout service ever. I don’t know what they are doing in the back but they certainly are not getting any of the to go orders together. Don’t waste your time doing take out because they’re going to make 15 other meals for the people in line even if you order 20 minutes beforehand. Horrible customer service, they should not offer take out at this location

I received an order left on my doorstep, but the order was for a different address. I’ve never ordered Chipotle. I tried calling the local store 6 times and no one ever answered. I called the National 800 number given on the website and after 15 minutes of talking, they could not help me. An hour later and no answers or help. Someone is starving and no one answers the phone.

No stars should be available for the horrible service I received today. Buyer beware and check your online order before you leave the store. I can assure you the order isn't correct.

Not only has the price of food skyrocketed beyond being a casual restaurant, I would rather pay $13 for my burrito at a sit down Mexican restaurant, but the portions were so bad I had to ask for more rice so it looked like the employee at least tried. I do not blame the employees, they were fantastic at doing their jobs, but chipotle corporate better wise up if they want people to continue to dine here.
