I don’t know how the service is I have been on hold for 3 plus hours. I would drive to there office but I live in Florida 🤷🏻‍♂️

How do I know if what I received from you guys is legit and not a scam? Do you guys use water marks, letterheads or anything of that matter? is it normal for you guys to only send out one letter with already accumulated interest and only 15 days?

If it's for tax year 2017, you will receive 3 billing notices before they will actively collect.. Your balance will increase with interest and penalty the longer you wait to pay.
