I am so happy I live near this place! I love it and always find things I want.

The communication of this store is completely terrible with trying to sell your clothes. I had a tub of very nice Anne Klein and Ann Taylor business wear, originally I went to College park- they said "we do not accept business clothes but our Annapolis location does". I then call Annapolis to which they said yes it was fine. I go in yesterday and I tell the lady and she accepts them. Today I go in to receive my money to a different lady handing me back ALL the clothes saying they don't accept business wear. I had 3 different occasions of people telling me they did. Also to note that the woman said "we are not in association with our college park location" and laughed and said "they probably said that because they don't like our location". overall childish and poor communication.

I really enjoyed my experience at this location! I was turned away from Plato’s as they weren’t taking any more items for the day by around 3pm so I made the drive here after speaking to a super sweet girl over the phone. When we arrived we were greeted very kindly. We took a loot around while our items were sorted through and the overall presentation was very lovely, clean and organized. Items are priced very reasonably. As someone bringing items in to sell, yes you don’t get back even 50% of what you paid but you have to factor that we wore it for however long, and we’re doing none of the work of actually selling these items.( For those complaining about how much you earn for your used items). Go in with the expectation that you aren’t going to make a ton of money and they may not want some of the items but it’s better than keeping clutter in your home and spending time photographing, listing, shipping, etc. I will definitely be back. My experience was 100% better than expected and way better than Plato’s closet!!! Thank you!!
