Went to the Annapolis Xfinity store 10/8/22 for help with 2 simple questions. I recently switched my cellphone service from ATT to Comcast. However during my recent visit the woman that assisted me was arrogant, nasty and loud. She sits in the station in the back of the store on the right. Short black woman. I walked away from her and requested someone else. Alex was very helpful and professional. When I left the store I heard someone yelling. It was that employee yelling at someone on her cellphone outside of the store. Totally unprofessional. She should not be working with customers. I have been a Comcast customer for many years. She does not represent the company well.

I have been a client for 14 years but have never used the retail location. I was so impressed by the service tonight, especially from Alexander. The process could have been rough yet he went above and beyond in terms of top notch client service. Highly recommend.
