They always add the tip to your bill without asking and without giving you the option of changing it. It's a take out, there is no table service involved, I don't need to pay $5 extra every time for three smoothies.

I love tropical smoothie cafe! However, whenever I come to this location, my smoothie tastes a little off. Like there is too much of one ingredient or vice versa. I’ve tried them 3 times now and each time I have the same experience. The food here is always fresh though and comes out fast! Staff is also very friendly

Why do these employees give attitude when I use a gift card? I usually takes two employees and someone they call (via cellular) to finalize my transaction.
