3 adults went into the store to purchase a firearm. Nelson was rude and very disrespectful from the beginning. We asked for a firearm we wanted to purchase. Nelson started questioning who’s buying the gun, pointing fingers at all three of us and had no costumer service skills. I do not recommend this store.Discriminatory behavior. As we were leaving Walter started talking and instead of trying to assist the costumers and resolve the issue,he just kept justifying Nelson’s behavior, and started saying he didn’t do anything wrong, he was just making sure we were not undercover cops and that they were not getting audited. I have no idea what shady stuff they be doing that they have to treat their costumers like this.Discriminatory and disrespectful behavior. Zero costumer service skills.I do recommend Elite Shooting Sports in Manassas,Va for all your needs.

For no reason keep the customer for so long, charging extra and when you ask they don’t have answer, for discount they have nonsense reason. I wish I haven’t had this experience, therefore I will not recommend no one to go there

FFL processing is usually done within 3-4 days. Did you have a package delivered here that we haven't called you on? Hello, I just researched this and we have a note on the box that says we called and left you a message on 7/20. It is ready for pickup
Hello, Yes we ship firearms. Our transfer fee is $40 plus the actual cost of shipping which is determined by size and weight of the box being shipped. All you need to do is bring it in with the information as to where it is going and we will take care of everything else
