One Parking

Chose to keep my car here overnight as I stayed at a local hotel. The sign listing said the max daily rate was $18. I parked my car at ~10:30pm and left around 10am the next morning. I was charged $33. No idea how that math was done. This does not feel like a fair rate. My car was there less than 12 hours and I got charged more than the daily rate. On top of that I did them a service by parking there at non-peak hours when there lot was otherwise empty. I will not be using this parking garage again. I was trying to save money by not parking at my over-priced hotel parking, but instead got charged just as much and had to walk even further

Today the exit gate closed before I could proceed because the person in front of me stopped and backed up as they pondered wether to turn left or right. I hit the help button to see if the attendant could open the gate but I had to back out and find the exit that was actually manned. When I got there I explained what happened and showed him my receipt. He charged me another $18 because the previous receipt was more than 10 minutes old. I paid at the pre-pay station shortly before getting in my vehicle. This is beyond silly. The worst customer service ever! Park here if you must, but I’d rather walk a little further to catch my train.
