Parked in the garage that takes you up the elevator into the building. Didnt really get a chance to walk around in the building. But from what little I saw. It looks great.

Happy Anniversary Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center
Would error on the side to believe it would not be open
Hi Carole! Our raised oculus is located at the opposite end of our atrium if you're coming in from 14th St. You will see the Route Zenith, which is a large neon and glass sculpture. The oculus is the balcony below the sculpture. This area can be rented out as an event space for gatherings of all kinds! We hope this answered your question. Please reach out to us and visit our website for more information. www.rrbitc.com.
I don't know maybe you can Google the "International Trade Center". (RRB,)
Depends where you're going on Pennsylvania Avenue. Since you posted your question here under the Ronald Reagan Building, I'm going to assume that's where you're going. On the red line, you can get off at Metro Center and easily walk a couple blocks to the RRB. On the orange, blue, and silver lines, you can get off at Federal Triangle and walk right into the RRB. Also be aware that you can transfer from the red line to orange, blue, and silver line trains (and vice versa) at metro center if you'd like to avoid walking, but depending on metro service times, you could lose a lot of time (up to 28 minutes, but usually about 11-15 during non-peak travel)...
15-20 minute walk..most attractions are easy to walk to
For the Washington DC area, the office that conducts interviews for Global Entry and TSA Precheck is located in the Reagan Building. An application must be completed online, and then an appointment is scheduled for the interview.
