Last time I was there their fume hood was not working and smoke from the grill was everywhere which burnt my eyes. Then they didn’t have fresh hot tea and they gave me almost cold tea. Which I had to return. So for a warm tea I waited a lot which was not reasonable.

The staff are rude and mean. No customer service at all. We ordered food and asked for utensils—the staff acted as if we wanted her both kidneys.

Terrible service. Hood is not working and the whole place is filled with smoke. The staff is incompetent and inexperienced and they cannot handle the normal flow of orders. They forgot our order after 20 minutes we had to remind them. Tea was cold and after we complained they put the paper cups right on fire to warm it up! Check the photo.

One of my favorite lunch spots when I’m in the city! Definitely has had me in a chokehold for a few years! Everything is always fresh and fast!
