We have a dedicated team of billing specialists that will work with the insurance carriers on claims.

Policy coverage depends on the location. While we are in-network with most major carriers, state-sponsored plans depend on the center location.

We will work with just about any insurance company to cover the treatment of your child. However, coverage depends on your plan and approval from the insurance carrier. We will work with your carriers to identify eligibility and maximum benefits approved. We will tell you the exact copay and deductible that your insurance plan offers.

We follow a center-based model as it gives us more opportunities to interact with children in their environment. We do offer telehealth options on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team to know more.

After we confirm eligibility based on age and insurance, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts conduct an initial consultation. This is typically a 3-4 hour evaluation completed in one of our centers. This evaluation will serve as the basis for a personalized treatment plan specific to your child s needs.
