The worst service I ever had .

Its zeroooooo at customer service and supervisor is double zeroooooo its my 2nd time i am come in one week they said to fix my post box keys but no action .today they give me the new keys and said you problem is solved but when i got home and try the keys at my box .you know what still same problem they not fix it and now i am again at post box office to handover my box keys to fix the problem. So i don't know how long it will take

Very slow in the service and I have lost 2/3 shipments. You always have to pay insurance in case they lose it, because otherwise there is no possibility of claiming. They lost 2 official documents of great value, even so I could not claim anything.

You can't not get ahold of anyone and there very rude and also I had a check for my rent that came from a social worker and the post man sent it back 2 times and had my in a hole for 2 months because he was new and didn't know that an appointment had a leasing office there has got to be a way I can sue them
