TLDR: We highly recommend this dealership! Dave Doerhoff is professional and considerate. He always responds quickly and is trustworthy! Mark McGavic provides great financing services. Full review: We recently purchased a Raptor here and the whole experience is very positive! It’s the first time that we buy a vehicle out of state. When we put down a deposit, the Raptor was still at the plant. There was a shipping delay by Ford and Dave has always kept us updated. Mark helped us with the financing and explained the paperwork clearly. 10 minutes after we were on our way home, the raptor had a flashing engine light and the engine started trembling. We called Dave and he showed up quickly to handle the situation. The truck was towed back to the dealership and the engine was fixed in 2 days. They also offered reimbursement for flights to get us home and transportation for the truck. Although we were unlucky to have the engine issue, we were fortunate that Dave made everything smooth! Thank you Dave!

Honestly, this is the worst customer service experience I have ever went through. Took my car in for an oil change and for them to check out an oil leak. Had to make 3 separate appointments with them to finally figure it out and then, after leaving my car with them on the 3rd appointment, every time I called to speak to someone about my car, my "advisor" would never call me back. I called at least half a dozen times (and most of the time was on hold for at least 15+ minutes) over a two and a half week span, and not a single time did I ever get a call back. I asked them to contact the warranty company (when I dropped off my car) to find out if they would cover it (because with the warranty I bought it should have been covered), and conveniently enough for Jim Trenary Ford, the part my car needed was on back order until they found out that my warranty wasn't going to cover it. I know this because I had finally gotten a hold of someone the morning of, and they told me it was still on back order, and a couple hours later they TEXTED me (couldn't even pick up the phone to call) that my warranty wouldn't cover it and my car would be ready to be picked up the next day totally fixed with the price it was going to cost me. How convenient. It wouldn't have been as big of a deal, but the customer service is severely lacking with this company, especially in the service department. As much as I would love to recommend a locally owned company, I cannot. Hopefully they learn from their mistakes and do better with the next customers.

Dropped the 02 explorer at this place because the anti theft system was engaged, transponder ring went out, it took 8 days to fix and after I paid the bill I went out to my vehicle. Granted it's old, however I would assume mechanics would put it back how they found it instead of breaking covers. I'm happy it's fixed but very disappointed that they didn't care enough to do it the right way. Now if I ever wanted to sell it I have to replace what was broken. Not a very satisfied customer.

I contacted Dave on a Saturday to inquire about a car I saw online. Unfortunately that one had already been sold, but he suggested another option that was very close. We talked about my trade and financing and came to a deal pretty quickly. Note, they were also incredibly fair on my trade. I live nearly 500 miles away from the dealership and told them I’d be there Monday morning to sign paperwork and swap keys. When I arrived the car was just as good as described. I did my paperwork with Mark, they helped me clean out the old car, and I was on my way! I’ve purchased over 60 cars in my lifetime and this was the easiest new car transaction I’ve ever had. Dave and Mark were fantastic and I wouldn’t hesitate driving another 500 miles to do business with them again!

We do perform Missouri State Safety Inspections, The State charges $12. You will get a multi point inspection with your Safety Inspection, from us at the same time free of charge!
