I really do wish I could give this place 5 stars. It is beautiful, sitting on top of a hill in Warrenton. If you read other reviews other people agree that the hospital should be a gem for the entire county, not just Warrenton. However my experiences there have been less than stellar. Most of the receptionists either in person or over the phone, don't really want to be doing that job, they are fairly rude. That's the last thing I care about though. I do care about quality medical care. Last year I went in to see a Doctor for something that should have been extremely simple and solved with a simple biopsy. Instead he recommended a $25,000 surgery and told I would be fully healed in 6 weeks. 11 months later, I am not healed and the original condition, to which I went to see him for, is still present. This means that not only did he not address the issue I had and still have, but he did something he did not need to do and has now caused me much pain, heartache and a coming divorce. The follow up care, was atrocious and the Doctor's attitude towards me was revolting to say the least. I have called their administration about 4 times and they will not return my calls. I figured after making about $25,000 of me and my insurance for 2.5 hours of work, would get me an audience with their administrative office, but that is not the case. My advise would be to find a better hospital than this. They should be ashamed of treating their patients so poorly.

I really hate to say this, the receptionist are just a waste of time talking to them. Get some robot. They are nicer. This lady was so confusing, irritating and no knowledge what so ever. Why work if answering the phones is not your gift?! Go home or retire!! Mad is not the word right now!!!!

Great experience in the Fauquier ED. Big thank you to Rachel Frisk who diagnosed me and was able to get my pain under very quickly! Grateful for amazing care right here in my hometown.
